How we work with B2B data enrichment...
After
first identifying the profile of your best customers, we
apply the following steps...

You send us the data extracted from your contact
databases.

Alternatively, we research and source the
appropriate prospect data.

consolidate the data and identify/remove any
duplicate records.

For databases with a minimum of 2,000 existing email
addresses, we send an e-mail to the contacts on your
list. This links them to a confidential web form
showing the data you already hold about them, and
asks them to update their individual and company
details and add any other information you specify.
For
those contacts that we cannot update by e-mail:

We
make up to 5 attempts to telephone each contact "on
behalf of your company"

We
research any missing or unobtainable telephone
numbers using the latest directories and internet
search.

During the call we confirm or update the
organisation name and address

We
confirm or update the data for the individuals on
your list, with names, positions, locations and,
where possible, their e-mail addresses and opt-in to
send them e-mail from your client. We normally
achieve 75% to 95% of opt-in e-mail addresses.

We
add any further contacts you are seeking by job
function, name, e-mail address, position and
location

We
ask for any further data that you are seeking about
the company and contacts

We
validate e-mail addresses and re-call and amend any
that fail.

We
download the completed list to you in a suitable
format for importing directly into your contact
database.

have paper-based records or lists, we can get these data

are rented for single or limited use, but depending on
the supplier, use may be unrestricted.
