CONSULTATIVE
TELESALES
You will have
a proven track record in business to business (B2B) sales
achieved through research, cold calling by telephone with
the ability to close sales and hit targets. You will also
be a confident, persuasive and articulate communicator,
able to build a good rapport with customers, be a lateral
thinker as well as being IT literate. This job would
suit people selling marketing or other kinds of services
and solutions in the B2B sector - but crucially
where a consultative sales approach is taken. Training
on our products and services will be provided.
Primary tasks would include:
-
Identify
and call prospects to ascertain their interest in our
'intelligent targeting' solutions, including
2enquire - a service
that helps companies get more enquiries from their advertising,
and
'Events Booster' - a package
to improve the returns for companies taking a stand
at an exhibition or event. Where possible, named
contacts will be provided but you will be expected to
research the right person to sell to
-
Identify
areas of 'pain' and match or tailor a solution to address
this
-
Optionally demonstrate the solution - on-line or face
to face - provide a quotation, follow-up and close the
sale
-
Update contact and call outcome details into company
systems
-
For prospects who don't order initially, conduct lead
'nurturing' activities - maintaining email and telephone
contact with prospects on a regular basis in order to
obtain a sale
Secondary
tasks:
-
Continually
monitor each client's needs, and up sell/cross sell
additional products and services as appropriate
-
Research
contacts within target companies based on specific job
responsibility, from lists, media, directories, etc.,
using the web and telephone
Enter the contact details - company, contact, job
position, telephone, email, etc., - into a marketing/CRM
database system
Apply the
telesales process to other products and services as
designated
Location: Peterborough,
Cambs.
Typical salary range:
Basic + commission - OTE of £25k +
Contract: Trial, and
if successful, Permanent / Full time

WEB, E-MARKETING & DIGITAL MEDIA
Applicants will
need to demonstrate experience in HTML, PHP and web page/form
design, have an interest in data and digital media, a logical mind
and be articulate.
Primary tasks would include:
-
Translation of client's documents, copy, images, etc.,
into HTML and plain text email templates, web 'landing'
pages, web-based forms, SMS messaging
-
Convert brochures and other literature supplied into
PDF documents and then into page-turning applications
using software provided
-
Develop behavioural flow-charts and data files to route an recipients
of SMS, email and direct mail campaigns through a series of web pages hosted
on a microsite
-
Set-up our on-line e-marketing system based on individual
client's needs, including trigger and confirmation
web pages,
campaign microsite pages, etc.
-
Testing and QC
Secondary
tasks:
for clients, including web page tracking
and behavioural email and SMS response activity
Plan and assist with the development and broadcast of
integrated email, SMS, direct mail and
microsite-focused marketing campaigns
Creation
of web-based mapping solutions for our clients
Develop your
skills to program more complex web pages using PHP and
Java, develop database-driven websites using mySQL and
web server and firewall configuration
Location: Peterborough,
Cambs.
Typical salary range:
Dependent on experience plus bonus scheme
Contract: Trial, and
if successful, Permanent / Full time
