Following consultancy or a workshop where we clarify your marketing and business objectives and determine the kind of the intelligence required to support your marketing goals, we work with you to undertake a feasibility study, data investigation and audit.
Next we validate and optionally improve address quality and then pass data through a series of de-duplication and merge purge processes, re-parenting any orphan transactions and operation data.
The development of a dedicated marketing data store/repository is usually the next stage where we undertake any data transformation followed by analytical processes such as statistical segmentation, behaviour change, etc. This enriched data is built into the 'proof of concept' KbaseT or FastStats Discoverer system.
After a series of refinements the solution is implemented at your site or optionally hosted at Tech4T.
This could include a fully managed service where we undertake the system refresh process together with supporting you with operational campaign management and reporting.
