Telephone validation and data capture

For database development and enrichment, we are able to statistically analyse your customer, operational, sales and research data, use this knowledge to segment and profile your database and then obtain the most relevant data to enhance your database for improved targeting. No data?

For clients who need a marketing database creating from scratch and who have, for example, profiles but no data, then Tech4T able to undertake informed research to source prospect lists and e-mail addresses with profiles to match. 

We can also develop strategies to collect data, often through surveys and research, arrange data capture and conversion to an electronic format, or to establish ways to fuse information from multiple sources to create an enhanced prospect base. 

Quality

Due to the importance and necessity of having 'quality data' for analytics and prospecting, we only work with reputable data providers where we can be as confident as possible of:

  • Data accuracy - including the data being fit for the intended prospecting or analysis purpose

  • Reliability - regarding how data was first obtained and subsequently maintained

  • And where any additional fields for profiling or selection have been sourced, that this information has been generated using reliable and proven methodologies, usually telephone research.

Please be warned there are several companies that claim extensively researched databases for rent or sale, but often this is far from the truth. The quickest and cheapest way for a data provider to enrich data is to undertake minimal research and then compute new information on other records using a statistical modelling approach. Whilst being far cheaper to enhance, the quality is such that subsequent prospecting, profiling and analysis results are usually disappointing and costly to say the least. Therefore please don't be fooled by this false economy. Always buy the best quality data!

Note. Where possible, we can usually determine the extent of the 'marketing/targeting/profiling' advantage to be gained from the acquisition of external datasets, by first enriching a sample of your data and then undertaking statistical/response modelling and matrix testing. This can save you a great deal of money!
