The structure of MagentA i-Enterprise is shown on the picture. The first integrated version contains the following constituent elements:

e-Commerce System, for selling products and services and procuring supplies and services over the Internet, and for internal market management.

Real-Time Logistics System, for arranging the delivery of products in good time and to an appropriate place, planning projects, scheduling staff activities.

Knowledge Management System, for performing the dynamic analysis of corporate data, monitoring and improving the use of business resources, managing relationships with customers and business intelligence.

Text Understanding System, for processing knowledge formatted as text.

News Agency System, for distributing information among staff and partners.

Business Management System, for organising business activities of a company. This system operates an internal market, where agents assigned to orders, work-tasks, members of staff, partner companies, physical resources (eg, machines and equipment) and abstract resources (corporate knowledge), negotiate the allocation of resources to identified demands.

All systems within MagentA i-Enterprise and their agents are interconnected on the 'peer-to-peer' principle. For example, the e-Commerce System can communicate with the Real-Time Logistics System to resolve delivery problems and the Logistics System can agree with the e-Commerce System to issue a tender to employees on the internal corporate market, or to assemble a team for a new project.

All these capabilities result in a synergetic increase in the intellectual capacity, flexibility and efficiency of MagentA i-Enterprise and, consequently, of the enterprise itself.

All the constituent systems of the i-Enterprise System can be delivered separately and integrated with customers' existing software.
