We provide your territory design as a set of high-resolution maps, one per territory, and one or more maps to give you the overall territory breakdown.

These are supplied in an Adobe Acrobat PDF format, optionally including the postal breakdown within each territory. A separate file is supplied for use with your operational or CRM system to allocate customers and leads to the correct territory by Postcode (or zip code).

We can optionally shade these based on aggregated sales value (or other measures) and show major roads, places, sales locations, any outlets, etc. Separate statistics are also provided for each territory.

Optional output can include A0 laminated wall maps or a custom-built web-based mapping system with search and navigation, zoom maps, and drill-downs to underlying customer (or other) data. With this solution, each sales person can access their own customers and prospects!

We can also include thematic analysis...

Territories can be labelled to suit your specific needs and display graphs, charts, TV, radio or other regional boundaries, or thematically shaded to show the distribution of sales potential, product mix, workload, performance data, visitors, population, etc.

They can also be designed to tie in to country or county boundaries, political or organisational structures.  

Thematic analysis can be based on single or multiple variables referenced to each territory individually, nationally or internationally.
