What is Web Conference?

Web Conference is a service that enables us to instantly share our or your desktop with multiple guests over the internet at the same time. It allows business professionals to communicate more effectively and economically through interactive online meetings. Web Conferencing can be rapidly implemented with very little (if any) IT involvement and at just the cost of your Internet connection.

How it works

Web Conference allows us to share our computer screen with others over the internet. Our guests can view or  access our computer from any other internet-connected computer in the world through a secure, private connection.

From our perspective, we

• Add our guests to our virtual address book - Enter the information of the people we are inviting to the meeting

• Schedule a Conference - from any PC with a Web browser. The system will automatically email our guests.  They will receive instructions and their secured username and password for each conference

• Collaborate - Begin working on our host computer and our guests will see what we are doing as if they were sitting next to us. Both you and us can immediately share email, applications, documents and files

Is Web Conference safe to use?

Web conference uses the latest 128-bit encryption technology to ensure the highest security of the information hosted on secure servers.  Web Conference also password protects all the meeting sessions to ensure that only the people you have given access to the meeting will be the ones allowed to participate.  As a last step of security, a warning message window lets each party approve or deny access.  Feel safe and secure using Web Conference.
