Solutions can be phased - together with payment - to keep
in sync with your business development and objectives. Also,
being a relatively small company, we do not have the same
overhead that is typically passed on by larger organisations.
This allows us to usually improve upon competitor pricing
where the solution or technology is similar to that offered
by Tech4T.

are too many variables and it is essential we take into

know is that there are no large up front capital costs to

as you are using the system, rather than the usual route

Service-based Solutions
Our services - consultancy, data enrichment, analysis, territorial mapping,
campaign targeting, marketing, etc. - are charged on a 'per
project' basis.
To cost a project we need
to understand your specific objectives, the required deliverables,
timescales,
the quality and state of
your data, the number of files involved, and whether we
need to buy in data or cartography. We also assess the need
for tailored documentation or training, if any regular update
processes are required, and if so, how frequent, together
with the complexity of the task.
Prospect Lists and Data
We deliver complete
direct marketing solutions for both business to business
(B2B) and consumer (B2C) markets, from list rental and database
services, telemarketing - to ensure maximum contact accuracy

One of our main focuses is to keep informed of all changes

Larger Solutions
If the type
of work you are considering Tech4T to undertake involves
a longer term contract spanning consultative data-driven
marketing, data work, database hosting, analytics, campaign
management, measurement and reporting, we may be prepared
to work on a cost+ basis for some or all of the elements
we provide. This means that there would be a fixed price
component to contribute to our costs and a variable element
where we would make our margin by agreeing a percentage
of the uplift we help your business achieve. Clearly we
need to agree terms and how results would be measured, but
in principle we would be prepared to consider such an option
whereby we would share the risk and the reward.
On-Line Solution Demonstration
Whilst face-to-face
meetings can usually be arranged (subject to your location),
we have found
1-2-1 or 1-2-many on-line
web meetings to be one of the most effective ways for you
to explore our services and solutions.

Minimising Risk
Where possible, we will always try to phase the implementation
of a solution to minimise risk and spread cost, and this
may include what we term a 'Proof-of-Concept' or
a 'Pilot Project'.
A 'Proof-of-Concept'
(POC) is usually deployed where perhaps it is unclear
as to how well the solution and/or technologies being proposed
will meet the client's needs. It would typically include
taking a sample of your data and presenting this in the
most appropriate way. Supporting work would be undertaken
as needed and the solution
then
demonstrated - face-to-face or via an on-line web meeting.
Any
costs would usually be limited to a contribution to the
work Tech4T (and any third parties) undertake for development
and training, and for
software
use if the system is deployed for operational work or commercial
gain.
A 'Pilot Project'
is typically used where a longer evaluation of the technology
is needed and/or to help develop and refine - though a learning
process - appropriate methodologies that best meet the project's
SMART objectives (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic
and time bound).
Where software is included,
a
prototype would be developed to reflect as closely as possible
your final configuration. Often
this would involve working with a full set of data rather
than a sample. Costs
would include short-term
technology rental and payment for the work

We base all
our software pricing on that provided to us by our technology
partners, thus ensuring pricing always remains consistent.
The big difference though is the added value we can provide
- given we are also users of the technologies we supply
and fully understand how to use the tools to maximum effect
in a data production, analysis or marketing environment.
