Tech4T believes in personal privacy

This web site is designed so that you can visit it without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information unless you choose to. Any data you choose to provide may also be combined with information you provide through other sources such as product registration, call centres or public events such as trade shows or seminars.

Sharing your information

Except as may be required by law we will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others other than to process your requests. Any third party service providers contractors or suppliers are required to keep confidential the information they may receive and may only use it to carry out the services they perform for Tech4T.

In the event that Tech4T or its related entities merge with or are acquired by other business entities, we will use our best efforts to ensure that the successor company maintains data privacy.

Links to non-Tech4T web sites

We do not control third party web sites. We make no representations about any web sites to which we may provide links. If you choose to provide personal data to such unrelated third parties your actions are not covered by this privacy statement. If a third party shares personal data with Tech4T, such sharing is governed by that third party's privacy policy.

Types of information we may collect

We may ask you to provide personal information and we may then subsequently retain it. We will only use it to support your customer relationship with Tech4T and will not sell, rent, lease or otherwise provide it to others except as may be required by law.

We may enable you to order products or services, request information, subscribe to marketing or support materials, or register yourself or your Tech4T products. In these cases we may ask you to provide information such as name, address, phone number, e-mail address, user IDs and passwords, billing and transaction information, credit card information and contact preferences.

We may run surveys or other research or request additional information aimed at improving our web site, products, services or communications. We may therefore invite you to provide information regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics, and experiences with our products or services. Providing this additional information is optional.

Children's privacy

Tech4T does not knowingly market to or collect information from people under the age of 18.

How we use your information

We may use the personal information you provide to help you complete a transaction or order, to communicate with you, to provide service and support, to update you on services and benefits, to personalise promotional offers and to personalise some Tech4T web sites. We may also use your information to contact you for market research regarding Tech4T products or services. We will give you the opportunity to choose your privacy preferences regarding such communications.

Your personal information may be transferred across national borders for the purposes of data consolidation, storage and simplified customer information management.

Keeping your information secure

We use appropriate technical and process measures to safeguard the information we collect including encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information.
