Population figures were critical in ensuring the territories were viable, but equally important was the distribution of population across an area – the territories needed to be geographically compact to ensure effective leaflet distribution without sky high travel costs.
The franchise territory network also needed to be flexible to accommodate boundary modifications at the time of franchise sale based on the local knowledge of franchisee candidates. Our experienced franchise territory design team were able to quickly present Trevor with over 200 territories for franchisee recruitment.
The Leaflet Delivery Company will also shortly be receiving their own Territory Runner system allowing them to manage their franchise territory network. Our Territory Runner platform replaces an in-house geographic mapping and demographic analysis application providing significant cost savings to the business using our platform.
